 Morning Fitness Classes
Morning Fitness Classes: Monday - Cardio Motion; Wednesday - Walking; Thursday - Cardio Motion. With Morning Fitness, adults and seniors can take classes three days a week from 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the SH gym. All classes are easy for every fitness level and include a daily reflection and prayer time. Cost is $10 per month, which includes all three classes. Pre-registration is not required, and classes are open to all interested participants. Come and join the fun!



Natural Family Planning Classes 
Newlyweds! Engaged couples! Married couples who are a few chapters into your life story!  Consider a family planning method that is completely organic and risk-free; no drugs or devices; zero health worries; immediately reversible when you want to conceive.  Natural family planning classes will be offered Sunday  afternoons on October 20, November 17, and December 15 from 1:00-4:00 p.m.  Your cost is only $140 for all materials, instruction, bi-monthly magazine, and a lifetime of knowledge. Parish School of Religion Registration
PSR classes for those in grades 1 through 8 will begin Sunday, September 8. Classes will be 9:30-10:45a.m. in the school building. Children who attended PSR last year are already registered for this school year. Families new to the Parish or those with first grade children should contact Kathy Hamilton at the Parish office prior to the first day of classes to register.

Omegarock.com was launched during the Jubilee Year to meet the needs of College and High School Youth Worldwide. This station provides pop-rock Christian music with an evangelization of Catholicism through faith and moral scenarios. There are also enlightening talks from various speakers such as the founder Fr. Bailey Clemens and Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen.
